No Refunds/Exchanges.

  • We have a no return policy. Due to the nature of these products and health concerns all sales are FINAL.
  • We will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first notifying our customer service team will not be accepted.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process defective or damaged item(s).
  • Products that are worn, used, and/or tampered with will not be refunded. No exceptions. If the product is deemed defective by Sweet Minx Lash Co (no signs of wear or use) you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item after we have received the items.
  • You can always contact us for any questions at support@sweetminxlashco.com.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  • This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@sweetminxlashco.com. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a photo showing the damaged or defective item. Defective or damaged items need to be submitted to our customer service team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. 
  • Sweet Minx Lash Co is NOT responsible for damages caused by the carrier.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
